A Compact Commercial Retaining Package

Outwest Retaining Walls completed a small U-shaped retaining wall at Early Parenting Centre Ballarat in Lucas, working under Nicholson Construction as the principal builder. The approximately 1.2-metre-high concrete sleeper wall formed a retained space intended for a small shed.

Core Drilling Through Basalt

The site contained substantial basalt rock, requiring core drilling for the retaining-wall work. Site access was challenging, with weather and clay conditions adding to the construction difficulty.
